It is recommended to use low temperature and long time heating approach.
This is because the heat absorption process of the glass in the tempering furnace starts from the edges of the glass pane and then gradually transfers towards the middle portion. If the heating time is too short, the middle portion of the glass will not be able to absorb sufficient heat, resulting in tempered glass cracking after leaving the oven or causing the tempered glass bent into a spherical shape.
