The Universal Chillers of LandGlass’ E curvature glass tempering furnace consists of several independent chillers. Each set of chiller is made up of a number of air boxes each equipped with a synchronous motor that can adjust the radian of each chiller independently. Together, these chillers create a chiller system with desired double-curvature that matches the contour of the glass and ensures a higher uniformity of glass tempering.
