A uniform horizontal and vertical load within the glass tempering furnace must be maintained. In other words, the number of glass panes placed, the placement position and placement clearance in each furnace must be uniform.
The heating areas within the glass tempering furnace can be divided into many small heating zones. Each zone is separately controlled by a microcomputer system. In the central heating zone, the heating power or target temperature in the middle must be set a little higher as there are always glass panes absorbing the heat.
