AirStreamTM ---Radiation heating plays a main role during glass heating, while compressed air is injected into heating furnace, in which it brings certain amount of heat onto glass top surfaces and is helpful for even heating on-line low-E glass, etc. 

SuperAirTM ---Radiation heating plays a main role during glass heating, while larger volume of compressed air is blown into heating furnace by intelligent pipe convection system. Therefore, both on-line and off-line low-e glass can be evenly heated. 

JetConvectionTM ---Convection heating plays a main role during glass heating. After being heated in jet convection chamber, the hot air inside heating furnace is blown onto glass surfaces and then goes back to hot air blowers for contiuous circulation, which not only ensure even heating, low production costs, but enhance the quality of the end products as well. 

LD-AT Series Combined Flat Tempering Furnace has two combined heating sections, in which JetConvection heating and AirStream heating technologies are applied for optimum heating effect according to different features of glass sheets; its quenching and cooling section consists of one chiller or more chillers according to quality requirements of end products. The flexible combinations of JetConvection and AirStream heating technologies and various working modes form different performances and features of these series products, which meet particular requests due to different kinds of glass sheets. 

a. LD-AT0 Series Combined Flat Tempering Furnace has two heating sections with JetConvection heating technology applied; this product ensures the best quality of end products and a higher yield. Glass can be tempered includes: off-line and on-line Low-E (E=0.02) glass, extra white glass, silk-printed glass, pattern glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc. 

b. LD-AT3 Series Combined Tempering Furnace has two heating sections and both heating sections adopt JetConvection heating technology on the top. This product ensures better quality of end products and a higher yield. Glass can be tempered includes: on-line and off-line Low-E (E=0.03) glass, extra white glass, silk-printed glass, pattern glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc. 

c. LD-AT Series Combined Flat Tempering Furnace has two heating sections with AirStream heating technology applied. This product ensures better quality of end products and a higher yield. Glass can be tempered includes: on-line Low-E glass, extra white glass, silk-printed glass, pattern glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.

Technical Features:

1) Combined glass tempering furnace has two heating sections, in which JetConvection heating and Airstream heating technology are applied for optimum heating effect according to different features of glass sheets;

2) Different working modes can be set for quality focus, productivity focus or size focus;

  •     Better quality if first heating section works as preheating furnace, which will largely reduce quality defects such as: optical distortion, spherical bent, hot                   spots, white haze, etc;
  •     Higher productivity if both heating sections work as heating furnace, which will largely increase throughput;
  •     Two heating sections work as one big heating heating section, which makes extra big glass sheet tempering possible;

3) Suitable for tempering flat glass sheets for architectures, furniture, autos, and household appliances industries;

4) Equipped with Jet Heating convection system additionally, it can temper on-line and off-line Low-E (E=0.02) glass, extra white glass, screen printed glass, pattern glass, tinted glass, etc.
